Our mission is to help lawyers and business people in the UK and abroad to work as effectively as they can in English (whether or not it is there first language), and to acquire the best personal skills to achieve their fullest potential.
We believe it is important to develop people both for their own benefit and job satisfaction, and to enhance their organisation’s performance.

An expert management and training team (such as ours) is critical to the provision of personal training solutions
- Our managing director has over 20 years’ experience as a solicitor, internationally and in the UK. She also has many years’ business experience and is one of our expert trainers
- Our team includes a trainer who has created and run the training function at two London legal firms
- All our trainers are experienced in their field, have relevant dual qualifications and many years’ training experience, often significantly pre-dating the start of our company in 2003.
We are an independent company and not an impersonal organisation, so we provide a personal service. Clients collaborate and consult closely with our professional, experienced team to discuss and receive the most appropriate training for their needs.
Clear and precise communication is essential for all professionals and businesses
A good image and good relations are maintained; misunderstandings that can result in customer claims are avoided, and time spent understanding and reviewing documents is reduced.
We have specialised for many years in delivering clear writing training for legal and other purposes.
Specialist English skills and language should be taught only by trainers who have worked for many years in the relevant field and who have training qualifications
Each of our trainers is highly experienced in their field and has relevant dual qualifications or expertise. As a result, we can provide legal skills and legal English training, and business skills and business language training to people, whatever their level of seniority.
